VP4MX.EE ONLINE STORE TERMS OF SALE
Effective from: 4 March 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Sale (hereinafter Terms) regulate the legal relationship between the online store vp4mx.ee (hereinafter Online Store) and the customer (hereinafter Customer).
1.2. The owner and operator of the Online Store is TaggoTech Machining OÜ (registry code 11686911), located at Pärnjõe tee 16, Pärnjõe village, Põhja-Pärnumaa Parish, Pärnumaa, Estonia (hereinafter Seller).
1.3. By placing an order in the Online Store, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Online Store.
2. Prices
2.1. All prices are in euros (€).
2.2. Prices include VAT according to the applicable rate in the Customer’s country:
For EU customers, the applicable VAT rate of the destination country will be added.
For non-EU customers, prices are displayed without VAT.
At checkout, VAT is automatically calculated based on the country selected by the Customer.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Order Placement and Contract Formation
3.1. The Customer adds the desired products to the shopping cart and fills in the required information at the checkout.
3.2. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of the payment on the Seller’s bank account or confirmation from the payment system.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if circumstances related to the order so require (e.g., lack of stock, obvious pricing error).
4. Payment Methods
4.1. Payment in the Online Store can be made via:
bank link
debit or credit card
invoice (bank transfer)
4.2. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS and PayPal.
4.3. EU companies with 0% VAT:
At checkout, enter the company name and valid VAT number and select payment by invoice.
After verification, the Seller sends an invoice with 0% VAT to the Customer’s email.
The goods will be shipped after the invoice is paid.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery Countries
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Additional countries: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, USA.
5.2. Delivery Methods
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Omniva, Unisend, Venipak parcel terminals.
Finland: Matkahuolto parcel terminals.
Other countries: Omniva (Estonian Post) via local partner.
5.3. Delivery Times
Domestic (Estonia) shipments: approx. 3 business days.
Other countries: approx. 4–10 business days.
5.4. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to logistical reasons or customs procedures.
6. Customs and Taxes
6.1. Orders to non-EU countries may incur customs duties and local taxes, which are the Customer’s responsibility.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for taxes or customs procedures in the destination country.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
7.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to vp4mx@vp4mx.ee. The notice must include:
Customer’s name
names of the products being returned
order or invoice number
order date
7.3. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
7.4. The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
7.5. The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless agreed otherwise.
7.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
8. Complaints
8.1. Consumers have the right to submit a complaint within 2 years of receiving the goods.
8.2. Complaints must be submitted in writing by email no later than 2 months from discovering the defect.
8.3. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, neglect of maintenance requirements, normal wear, or damages resulting from accidents.
9. Processing of Personal Data
9.1. The Seller processes the Customer’s personal data for order fulfillment and customer communication in accordance with applicable law.
9.2. More detailed information is provided in the Online Store’s Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiation.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee or a court.
11. Warranty and Installation Responsibility (Consumers)
11.1. Consumers have the statutory 2-year right to file claims.
11.2. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, neglect of maintenance, wear, or accidents.
11.3. Products must be installed by a qualified specialist.
12. B2B: Limitation of Liability
12.1. No separate warranty is provided to business clients; the Seller is only responsible for defects in delivered goods according to the law.
12.2. Business clients must check the condition of the goods immediately and notify of defects:
visible defects within 5 business days;
hidden defects within 6 months.
12.3. The Seller may choose to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.
12.4. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are not covered.
12.5. Installation responsibility rests entirely with the Customer.
13. Motorsport and “Competition Use Only” Terms
13.1. Products labeled “for racing use only,” “competition use only,” or similar warnings may not meet street-legal requirements.
13.2. The Seller is not liable for consequences resulting from public road use.
13.3. All warranties and indirect liabilities are excluded for competition or extreme use.
13.4. For business clients, liability is limited to the product purchase price.
