Description
VP4MX plastic mounting anchor for Upmoto / Aodes ATVs with mounting openings in the plastic rack.
The anchor creates a threaded mounting point on the ATV rack for attaching various accessories or a cargo tie-down eye.
IMPORTANT! Upmoto plastic racks use two different mounting opening lengths: 46 mm and 50 mm. Measure the length of the opening on your ATV before ordering and select the correct anchor version.
Materials:
• 3D-printed ABS
• Zinc-plated steel bolts and nuts
Installation:
1. Remove the base plate from the anchor.
2. Insert the anchor into the rack opening.
3. Refit the base plate from underneath using the supplied M5 bolts.
4. Recommended tightening torque: 1.5–2 Nm.
Do not overtighten the bolts.
WARNING! 3D-printed ABS anchor is not as strong as an aluminium mounting anchor. Do not use it for mounting heavy or safety-critical accessories.
The 3D-printed anchor may break if overloaded.
